Now we are hiring a Next Gen Internal Audit Manager to join our team in Finland in our Internal Audit unit. The NGIA manager will have to navigate across business units, value chains, information systems and data to lead and drive real-time assurance and process-end-to-end visibility projects. The role also demands about 30% of regular auditing of business processes, information systems and internal controls, ensuring audit engagements are well planned, executed, reported and reacted upon by management.

What we expect from you

• Business acumen and deep level process-end-to-end understanding
• Pro-active can-do mindset
• Superior communication and collaboration skills
• A minimum of five years in the Risk and Audit domain, preferably in a team leader or project leader role
• A minimum of three years of advanced data analytics experience
• University level degree or equivalent, preferably in finance/accounting or computer/data science
• CIA, CPA, CISA or alike certificates are considered a plus
• Expert level data analytics experience in Power BI, R, Python, Process mining, RPA and in the AI domains are considered a plus
• Experience with emerging technology and data management are considered a plus
