Our Release Management team is an independent quality assurance unit separated from product teams, the last and essential quality gate on the way of updates coming to customers. Our mission is to facilitate releases and help teams to overview the quality of released components so they can make release decision with high level of confidence. We own highly reliable automated systems that validate, package, and test updates 24/7. We are looking for an AWS specialist to join our team and develop our systems in the cloud while keeping in mind the scalability and security.

Key Responsibilities

• support the development and implementation of our existing cloud systems
  within the company and ensure that design strategy is aligned to organizational aims and objectives
• migrate our systems to the cloud
• mentor and advise the team on best cloud design practices

What are we looking for?

• Practical AWS knowledge: CloudFormation, EC2, ECS, Lambda.
• Familiarity with AWS Security, Identity and Compliance services: AWS Secrets Manager, AWS IAM, AWS RAM
• Docker containers (or other forms of containerization) in AWS
• Understanding of cloud-based service design
• Understanding concepts of secure programming
• Understanding of testing: unit testing, integration testing, system testing, TDD
• Knowing your tools: Stash / Git / Jira / Jenkins / Python
• Good knowledge of English (Finnish not mandatory)
• Based in Finland or willing to relocate
