We’re looking for a Supply Chain Expert, Integrated Planning to join our Supply Chain team in our head office, Finland (primary location is Nokia).

Nokian Tyres’ Supply Chain vision is to be a reliable partner with a segmented customer and demand driven organization. We are constantly searching for new ways to develop best in class service capabilities to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction by using innovative tools and platforms based on standardized processes.

You will be a key player in Nokian Tyres Supply Chain Design and Development team. You will work closely together with Nokian Tyres supply chain professionals, information technology and other stakeholders. You will contribute to transform our integrated planning area and will have the main objective to develop our supply chain processes and system solutions (e.g. planning capabilities, reliable availability information, inventory reduction, S&OP). You will report to Senior Manager, Supply Chain Design & Development.

We are looking for a strong team player with the can-do attitude and suitable skill set to contribute in building the future supply chain solutions and processes of Nokian Tyres.


Key responsibilities

•    Manage complex supply chain projects to support our transformation considering schedule, quality, budget, supplier management and communication.

•    Collaborate with Supply Chain team members to identify and drive process improvement initiatives

•     Responsible for interpreting business and process requirements into high level IT concept

•    Provide end-users support for existing and future system applications including documentation and training (in collaboration with NokianTyres ICT or suppliers if needed).


What we expect from you

•    B. Sc. or M.Sc. degree in supply chain or information technology

•    Several years of professional experience in supply chain

•    Proven Project Manager experience and ability to lead in an international environment cross-functional projects, meet deadlines, and set priorities while maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.

•    Ability to drive change and influence others to move toward consensus.

•    Proven experience with supply chain management solutions (Demand and Supply Planning Management, S&OP).

•    Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation and organization skills

•     Proactive approach, desire and capability to develop existing processes and learn new systems on the fly.

•    Driven to provide exceptional customer service and end-to-end solutions
