We are now looking for new Subject Matter Experts to join us!

Our goal is to be a leading European payment industry player operating globally. As we are continuing to grow, we are excited to add new SMEs to join our Payments services team. As an SME, you will have an important role in building and maintaining our card issuing service.

As an SME you will:

• Work  in a collaborative team of fintech experts building the future payments solutions
  
• Be working with understanding customer needs, translating them into excellent solutions and ensuring that they are delivered with high quality
  
• Analyze and document requirements and validate them through quality assurance
  
• Coordinate between vendors and customers to ensure that the features are working end-to-end
  

To succeed we believe that you:

• Have experience from working with card issuing or within banking. Meaning e.g. MasterCard, Visa, revolving credit or "know your customer (KYC)" processes are familiar to you
  
• Have technical knowledge so that you feel comfortable to be part of a development team
  
• Are ready to take lead on developing new features and ensure that they get done
  
• Have an understanding about what PCI-DSS and how it impacts our daily work
  
• Have an eye for details and quality awareness
  
• A bonus would be if you have experience from Way4.

This is a permanent position and you would be working from our Espoo or Mariehamn Office. However, you can be located elsewhere in Finland as well as we are a modern workplace where remote working is a normal thing.
