Your role

We are now looking for an 3rd Party Requests/ Payments Analyst to join our team of backoffice professionals in Helsinki! You will work as part of the Banking Operations in ensuring that the service processes and tasks are executed in a correct and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements, and in contributing to improve the operational management systems, processes and best practices that guarantee the service well-being.

Main duties

• Processing of requests received from 3rd parties, including for example other financial institutions, judicial organisms, public prosecutors, supervisory organisms, the tax administration, insolvency agencies.
• Processing of payment related requests from other banks, including Payment Recalls and SWIFT messages.
• Validating the legitimacy of the source sending the request and servicing the request in alignment with specifications and quality requirements.
• Requesting from customer and reviewing, if necessary, data and documentation related to the request.
• Contribute to developing the CDD service documentation including service operational and process documentation

Your profile

• Fluent in Finnish, German and English.
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail and determination
• Ability to process tasks by priority and promptly assess and escalate any blockers or critical issues
• Strong written/oral communication skills
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
