As Aktia’s supply of services develops and increases, we are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our team who will answer for the development and maintenance of Aktia’s Robotic Process Automation together with other specialists. You will be a part of a team that develops, maintains and improves new and existing RPA processes. You have solid knowledge of an RPA product (UIPath, Blue Prism, MS Flow) and understand the purpose and range of use as well the limitations of RPA tools. You ensure that the implemented solutions serve the end customers in the best way possible, are technically reliable, safe and easy to maintain. You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty but are very hands on and have put several RPA processes into production and maintained them.

We expect that you

• Have excellent knowledge of developing RPA solutions through work experience
• Have the ability and courage to maintain systems in production and improve production solutions
• Know the basics in understanding code
• Are passionate and innovative regarding continuous improvement
• Have good problem-solving skills and the ability to view solutions from different viewpoints (costs, customer-orientation, information security)
• Have product knowledge of one or several RPA tools
• Have knowledge of the management tools for the lifespan of project work (jira, wiki/confluence)
• Can work in a Windows environment
• Can work with different interest groups (technical teams, developers, representatives of business operations)
• Can as a technical expert co-operate with the business operations to define processes and as the projects progress.
• Have good command of Finnish and English

We consider it an advantage if you

• Are DevOps-minded and have knowledge of support systems for application development (git, CI systems)
• Have C# .Net Framework programming skills
• Have knowledge of databases (MS SQL, Oracle)
• Have knowledge of Swedish
• Have experience in the banking or insurance sector
• Have knowledge of the SAFE development model
