I am Gesa Helmfrid, Head of Communication Services Operations at Telia Company. I am now looking for a technical specialist for our operations and support team.
 

Your next challenge?

As a member of my team you will be developing, maintaining and operating technical solutions to support our Video conference services in Finland.

This is a job that calls for someone who understands SIP-based Unified Communication products. You will be working with colleagues in product management, development, operations, support and sales. You will support making sure our platform and services are running without any hiccups and help our customers to get their complex solutions delivered and configured.

Skills & competencies

Basic qualifications:

• Ability to work independently with geographically distributed teams

• Fluent in English and Finnish (both spoken and written)

Your Experience:

• Deep knowledge of SIP signalling, Unified Communications

• Experience in Video conferencing systems

• Experience from working in B2B solutions, supporting large customers standalone systems

• Working experience from Cisco Videoconferencing or Certifications on Cisco platforms is a bonus
