We are now looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Sales Account Manager to support our rapidly growing SaaS business in the DACH Region.


Efecte Germany is looking for you to join our German sales team, which consists of highly skilled professionals with wide experience from selling and delivering to both private and public sector organizations. In this position, you are in charge – the keys to success are in your hands as you are responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. We expect you to use your own judgment and experience to drive sales.


In this position, you will get both the freedom to perform and the support from your awesome Sales team. This means that it will be possible to take ownership and work independently but also discuss potential clients and other issues together with your colleagues to be able to make decisions together.

In this role you will…

  • Create new opportunities from prospecting efforts and leveraging your network
  • Close business from new and established relationships
  • will be developing a client portfolio in the long-term, having responsibility for revenue and account growth
  • Manage complex sales cycles, utilizing internal and external resources as appropriate
  • Will refine sales messaging, prospecting, qualifying, and closing techniques
  • Identify and grow sales opportunities within assigned territory
  • Be willing to travel as required
  • Keep current with industry trends and engage customers addressing their business challenges

To succeed in this role you…

  • have 5-15 years’ experience from B2B selling to large companies in the field of IT/SaaS/software industry
  • possess a growth mindset: ability and willingness to learn more every day
  • are a self-starter, highly motivated, have strong people skills and collaborate effectively both individually and in a team
  • have a proven track record in hitting challenging targets and closing sales
  • are native German speaking and have good skills in business English, both spoken and written
