We are now looking for a skilled Cloud Specialist to join our global Cloud Operations team in Tampere. 

M-Files believes in outstanding customer service and exceptional technical support, and you will be in a significant role in delivering high-quality product support to cloud customers all over the world. Your daily work will be to solve technical challenges to ensure prompt and high-quality solutions and actively monitor for cloud system outages and rapidly react when needed. You will also create bug reports for the Product Development Team to improve product quality and migrate existing vault environments to, from, or within the cloud.

You will be maintaining cloud services and troubleshooting in Azure and Windows environments. Our daily work focuses on environments like Windows, Microsoft Azure, and Web browsers. It will be beneficial if you have experience in databases, preferably MS SQL Server but experience in other databases is good as well. Also your experience in IP networks would be highly appreciated.

• Familiarity and use of internal deployment tools like Azure portal, SQL Server Management Studio, and Powershell.
