We are now hiring a Senior Product Manager for our Efecte platform to master the skills of Software Product Management and to be part of our team in the European alternative for cloud-based IT Service Management.


As one of our Product Owners you will be in the driving seat for one component of the Efecte platform. The Efecte Platform consists of multiple components responsible for various functions such service desk, self-service, artificial intelligence, authentication, provisioning and integration.


Bridging the gap between customers and R&D you will translate customer needs into implementable stories. Studying the competition and analysts you will innovate where it matters to differentiate Efecte from the competition. Participating when required in the daily work of self-orchestrating R&D teams implementing the requirements in a micro-services architecture ensures efficient development in our lean organization. Being an evangelist both in customer events, our blogs and webinars and our online customer community is a natural part of your work scaling the dialog with all of our customers. Meeting strategic customers in Germany, Sweden and Finland allows you to stay in close touch with market trends.

We hope you have

  • Few years of experience in customer facing work such as product management in the IT industry
  • A customer-first attitude
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • At least an B.Sc. in Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Professional English skills, both in writing & speaking


It’s a plus, if you have experience in

  • Working in agile or lean organization
  • Use of agile tools such as Kanban boards
  • Speaking German, French or Spanish
