Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a customer focused
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
with solid experience in managing software development projects. You will work in Kanzi Services with a team that consist of software engineers and designers, based in Helsinki, China and the US. Your customers will be based in US, Europe, China, Korea and Japan.

As Technical Project Manager you play a key role in managing customer expectation, and helping your team to deliver, on time and with high quality. In your role you manage multiple customer projects simultaneously. Your key responsibilities include setting scope and schedule, prioritizing the available resources and managing risks of your projects.
Who Are You?
Ideally, you’ve worked in software developer roles before embarking on the project manager path. You may have background in the gaming industry. You have experience in working with external customers and you manage the relationship with confidence. You know the challenge of managing multiple projects and expectations and thrive with the challenge.
You can handle all communication fluently in English with project teams and customers. You have experience in collaborating with teams across different countries and time zones and are comfortable with frequent travel (when it will be possible again). Additional languages, like Mandarin or Japanese, are highly appreciated. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you respect different ways of working.
We value Agile thinking. You know how projects should be managed and are able to apply these skills to new and changing situations. With your experience you can also develop our ways of working further.
You pride yourself in understanding the relationship between design and software development. As Technical Project Manager, you possess the needed technical skills to understand how e.g. integration and technical validation should be done in your projects. Some of the technologies we use are C++, C#, 3D and 2D content creation tools. We also appreciate experience with project management and version control tools such as JIRA and GIT.
