In this global project role, you will be responsible in managing the standardized and automated way of creating documents out of HR transactions across all functional workstreams in Workday. You will be working towards minimizing and automating document management (creation, distribution and archiving) in the context of designing ABB’s future HR processes and the evolving overall HR service delivery model including scope of services. You will also be fully unleashing and harvesting the opportunities of moving from today’s dispersed HCM landscape to an operating model that builds on a single Workday instance with best-of-breed add-ons, yielding a superior user experience for employees, line managers, HR professionals and applicants.

Your responsibilities

    Determining the document management strategy and the governance for its end-to-end implementation together with subject matter experts from Workday and PeopleDoc. Ensuring all functional workstreams of Project Fusion adhere to the document management governance and supporting them in doing so. Supporting defining processes for the ongoing maintenance of the global document portfolio, i.e. changes, creations and termination of document types after project closure. Understanding and gathering all requirements with respect to documents in HR processes, building up deep expertise of creating template documents in PeopleDoc and integrating those in Workday workflows. Dealing with the change management challenges resulting from harmonizing or standardizing documents and limiting the produced documents to those that are legally required. Supervising the development and integration of required documents – globally and locally, ensuring audit compliance (data privacy) and document life cycle management. Making business requirements and technical capabilities meet expectations and ensuring solution design considers the user experience of both, HR professionals and employees. Providing status reporting and progress metrics in the project context and being a champion in innovation, efficiency and effectiveness. Leading effectively through a performance management culture which will be driving the company’s values and successfully meeting/exceeding all relevant targets and objectives within the business. Your background

    Graduate/post-graduate degree in Business Management, HR or related discipline. 4+ years of work experience and knowledge in several fields of HR Business Processes, HR IS (Human Capital Management Systems, HCM) and HR Master Data in roles at large technological and industrial companies with complex organizations and multi-cultural management. Experience with Workday and/or PeopleDoc is highly favorable. Structured thinking and strong communication skills to convince the functional workstreams of the cross-functional document management solution(s) and drive the change towards a common plan and timelines. Must have passion for quality and speed, creativity and readiness for innovation to break new ground, integrity when dealing with highly sensitive data, can do attitude and resilience. Collaborative working style appreciating the inclusion of geographies, levels, functions and cultures along with developing others. Proven HR process management experience by having successfully operated, designed, optimized, automated, deployed and measured HR business processes of a global scope. Professional proficiency in English, MS Office, digital collaboration tools/platforms.
