ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data already available to customers. These satellites can take images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark. Information derived from these images will help our customers understand the world better and help them make more intelligent decisions. We launched the world’s first SAR microsatellite in January 2018 and have raised $152M in financing to date.

To support the growth of the company, we are currently seeking an experienced People & Culture Operations Manager to direct and manage the daily activities of the P&C team in Finland, Poland and UK to attain departmental goals to ensure the highest possible level of customer success. Key responsibilities include increasing employee satisfaction and retention as well as ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

The location of the position is Helsinki.

The role:

• Create and manage P&C Balance Scorecard
• Analyze evolution of P&C Balance Scorecard and recommend follow up actions
• Create, follow through and improve all P&C processes
• Be a sounding board for all P&C team members as well as the entire ICEYEcommunity
• Implement and manage HRIS for ICEYE
• Manage the payroll process and the payroll coordinator
• Management of ICEYE P&C Budget
• Support arranging/managing ICEYE’s P&C activities across appropriate events and fairs, as required to support engagement and recruitment activities
• Run and maintain ICEYE Target Setting and Performance Management system
• Management of ICEYE Salary Increase Process
• Support for any other activities required by the Head of P&C in support of ICEYE’s objectives

Your background and skillset:

• At least 10 years’ experience in P&C and 5 years’ in similar position
• Excellent English language skills
• Excellent process- and data management as well as organizational skills
• Understanding of working internationally and with multiple nationalities
• Experience in fast moving industries is essential
• Can-do and positive attitude with a willingness to get involved
