Nixu is a cybersecurity company with 400 enthusiastic specialists in Finland, Sweden, Netherlands, Denmark and Romania. We are on a roll! Our People Operations team (POPS) supports our employees and leaders both in local and global roles.

To support our growth, we are now looking for an energetic and experienced

Talent Acquisition Consultant

Your role is to enable our mission to keep the digital society running and vision of being the best place to work for cybersecurity professionals! You work closely with our business in understanding the needs and identifying and finding the best talents in the market. You are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process of designated roles and business areas. Searched profiles vary from hard core techies to privacy lawyers.

In addition, you will be responsible for further developing our recruitment methodologies in various levels: from effectively utilizing recruitment channels, direct search and interview and assessment methods, to keeping us on the cutting edge of relevant new tools, medias and channels. Training our organization in these areas will also be on your agenda. Furthermore, you will participate in our employer branding and for example find ways to foster the next generation of the industry by school collaboration and events.

What are we looking for?

You are passionate about finding the right talent to the right place. You are familiar with modern talent acquisition methods and tools and technology-oriented environment. Working close to business requires genuine interest to understand our business, industry, and profiles. You have experience in sourcing technical profiles both in Finland and from international market.

On the other hand, you are at the same time a researcher and a sales person; you enjoy finding the missing piece of the puzzle with different methods and channels, and once found willing to take action by raising the interest and selling the position to potential candidates. Sometimes finding the right timing can take even years, and meanwhile you nurture the identified talent pool.

The role is very independent, so you most probably have several (5+) years of experience in a similar position. You are confident and mature enough to work under pressure, keep the quality under tight time schedules and diplomatically navigate between several stakeholders and their expectations. The role requires persistence, creativity, and good communication skills. Constantly reviewing and improving your own ways of working is typical for you. Experience in developing current processes and working practices also on company level is a plus. Fast changing environment and several simultaneous projects are the nature of the work, and hopefully rather motivate than stress you.

What we offer?

We are not promising an easy job, but most definitely an interesting one! Therefore, we hope you are not afraid of challenges but get an extra boost from them! The industry is booming, but at the same time COVID is not making it easier for us as a company nor our clients to forecast the future.

You will work in an organization of a low hierarchy and high empowerment, and with individuals with professional pride and questionable sense of humor. To succeed in your role, you get the full support from our global People Operations team, with whom you are free to laugh and cry, be yourself. We live our values; passionate, humane, professional and collaborative, fully every day! You will work mainly for Market Area Finland and report to local People operations Manager.
