ICEYE is building and operating its own commercial constellation of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) satellites with SAR data already available to customers. These satellites can take images of Earth at any time – even when it’s cloudy or dark. Information derived from these images will help our customers understand the world better and help them make more intelligent decisions. We launched the world’s first SAR microsatellite in January 2018 and have raised $152M in financing to date.

To support the growth of the company, we are now looking for Senior HR Business Partner to support our People & Culture Team in Finland and Poland to attain departmental goals to ensure the highest possible level of customer success.

Key responsibilities include increasing employee satisfaction and retention as well as ensuring the efficient operation of the department.

The role:

Provide effective support to all employees in various HR related areas. Be a business partner to ICEYE’s managers and staff.

Be a senior member of the P&C team.

Recruiting:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand roles and requirements
  • Manage all recruiting full cycle for selected positions
  • Manage candidates selection with hiring managers
  • Preparing job offers

Onboarding:

  • Help with an orientation to the company for new employees
  • Employees relations management

Relocation:

  • Be a point of contact for all relocation employees
  • Help with adaptation to the country
  • Improving relocation guide

HR Brand:

  • Implement new Employment Branding concept
  • Manage social media for recruitment purposes (Facebook, Instagram account)
  • Participate in career fairs

Business partnering:

  • Proactively support business in all P&C matters
  • Act as a sounding board/business partner to all managers and staff
  • Project Manage key processes
  • Create a state of the art P&C department
  • Endorse a culture of trust and high performance

Your background and skillset:

  • Bachelor/Master in business administration, economics, HR or related field
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • +8 years of working in HR
  • Experience in working with international companies
  • Experience in scaling an organization
  • Experience in working for a fast moving technology organization
