In this position you get to work with leading Atlassian cases, help customers integrate/adapt service desks into their processes, solve agile transformations and create practices across the field. Also on your daily todo’s is working with python and csv/database data parsing for data migrations and analytics, but of course you have freedom and flexibility to affect your tasks and work schedules.

We’re not necessarily looking for an all-knowing-Atlassian-guru-prodigy, but we don’t mind if you are one. As mentioned before, we’re also ready to help you on your journey to achieve this. You will at least learn about different Software Engineering tools and practices, such as Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence and Bitbucket), Python, Bash, Java, PostgreSQL and MySQL. Basic linux knowledge and basics of project management are beneficial skills for this position. Also, it’s a plus if you know about ITIL, SAFe and/or Agile.
