We are looking for a Digital Sales Specialist / Manager at ABB Oy, Energy Industries division in Vaasa, Tampere or Helsinki. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in the transformation process to more digitalized automation world in Finland and Nordic Countries. Your task is to increase new and existing business in a field of Energy and Process industry. Role includes travel approx. 100 days annually.

Your responsibilities

    Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer requirements, promote customer understanding of full product / systems / services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensuring a positive customer experience. Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market. Identifying digital sales opportunities and promoting digital solutions to customers. Focusing on installed base penetration (IB) and selling the entire Service product portfolio in collaboration with other ABB service units. Managing tendering process activities. Building long term customer relationships and ensuring immediate response to specific customer needs and issues. Generating service sales opportunities and securing profitable sales within the designated area. Living ABB’s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

Your background

    B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree preferably from engineering. Also, other educational background is suitable depending on your work experience. Energy or Process industry knowledge Ideally, you have sales competency with digital capability & knowhow; Advantage is to have knowledge of digitalization (automation) project. Significant sales drive focus energy to achieve and close profitable deals. Excellent skills in Customer relations with mature selling behavior and actively drive discussions and negotiations. Strong learning ability; customer orientation; strong sense of responsibility and personal integrity. Result driven, strong communication skills, good at team work. Ability to find innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. You can operate fluently in Finnish and English.
