The year 2020 has been strange for pretty much everyone in the world and things haven’t been easy. The same of course goes with us, yet we are really excited about the fact that we have been able to grow successfully and we have great plans to continue this next year. We currently have two skilled individuals in our marketing team and think that our marketing team has a crucial role in driving our growth going forward as well. Consequently, we are growing our marketing team with a Marketing Director whose responsibility is to drive our growth with the marketing team by building our brand and launching Enfuce to the international scene.

Ultimately, the Marketing Director owns Enfuce’s marketing strategy, and leads the marketing team in ways that promote high competitiveness and continuous learning. We are operating globally and constantly innovating new services to better serve our customers. An important part of the Marketing Director's role is telling our story and building our brand so that we can continue to enable the change and help our customers succeed!

ABOUT THE ROLE

We don’t want to carve the responsibilities in stone for you because we expect you to develop the role and our marketing function in ways that support the business growth.

As the Marketing Director, you will be working closely with our sales and product teams with the shared goal of driving a revolution in the payment industry.

We think that responsibilities include, among other things:

• Build a growth brand: Develop and drive our brand globally and ensure that our brand has a meaningful long term position.
• Own the marketing strategy: Create the strategy and plan to have effective activities to support Enfuce growth in general and in selected focus markets.
• Leading marketing activities: Develop and lead marketing activities to drive the Company’s expansion in Europe and beyond.
• Sales enablement: Create sales materials, and drive lead generation.
• Being innovative: Creative and analytical thinker. You should be familiar with various marketing techniques, campaigns, marketing analytics, and pricing strategies.
• Advocacy: Masterfully communicate up/down/across the organization to ensure transparency, alignment, and support advocacy of marketing strategies and plans.

With these skills you will succeed:

• You can demonstrate proven success in a high growth company, preferably in tech.
• Understanding and experience from product marketing - experience from payments or tech is beneficial, as it is crucial for you to see the benefits of our services and how to position our services on the market.
• You know precisely what hyper-growth at a company looks like because you’ve lived it and can navigate ambiguity and change with ease.
• You still love being hands on and while having a strategic view on marketing.
• You are data driven - With solid and numerical examples when it comes to demonstrating your previous success.
• You are a team player and get motivation out from managing internal stakeholders as well as an external agency partner.
• Leadership - you have the ability to help others succeed and set goals for growth.
• Project management and prioritization skills - with a systematic yet holistic approach you are able to move things forward despite parallel initiatives and lots of things to do.
• Desire to challenge customers to think in new & different ways - you dare to stand up for what you believe in and argue for your vision.
