About the role

Our Digital Identity team is looking for a Identity and Access Management Analyst who wants to become an expert in Identity and Access Management solutions and technologies. You understand the importance of Identity and Access Management and you are willing to learn the secrets of IAM. In this role you will have a chance to work in a large and experienced team of Digital Identity professionals who provide comprehensive solutions in Identity and Access Management area.

Digital Identity plays a crucial role in digitalization. You will administrate and provide 3rd level technical support for identity and access management, system authentication and enterprise system access.

You may have background working as a consultant, technical expert or system administrator, previous experience and interest in cybersecurity / IT security and digital identity is considered an asset. This position is ideal for a person with an analytical mindset, as well as strong communication and documentation skills in Finnish and English.

You have what it takes if you possess:

• Strong customer service experience and ability to work in a team
• Linux skills
• Directory (AD, LDAP) and database (SQL) understanding
• Familiarity with Identity & Access Management functions is a plus
• Fluent communication in Finnish and English
• Understanding of information system integrations
• Analytical mindset combined with excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Eagerness to learn
