Are you a customer-oriented project management expert that thrives in challenging situations? Do you want to help big industrial companies take their digitalization to the next level? We are looking for YOU, Customer Success Manager, to join our growing team in Helsinki!

In industrial sector, we are leveraging operational technology combined with leading edge hybrid cloud and data-driven solutions for optimized manufacturing, supply chain and business processes. As a Customer Success Manager, you would be working closely with our big industrial customers and our teams of experts to ensure the projects run smoothly and with high quality, and both the customers and our employees are happy. You also contribute to developing our strong relationships with the customers further and to growing our business together with our business leaders.

Your role includes for instance:

  • Running projects on time and on budget with high quality
  • Building close relationships with our customers and contributing to additional sales
  • Supervising, coaching and building strong project teams enabling employees’ development
  • Identifying and solving potential project issues pro-actively
  • Sharing your expertise and creating great relationships with your colleagues
  • We would be excited if you have:

  • Excellent project management skills and preferably experience and interest on leading software development projects
  • Experience on leading teams, direct people management experience seen as a benefit
  • Great communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
  • Fluency in KPIs
  • Eagerness to further develop competence on areas like negotiating, team leadership and coaching, giving feedback, setting expectations and change management
  • Experience on industrial domain is considered as highly beneficial
  • Fluent Finnish and English skills
