Wärtsilä Online customer platform is Wärtsilä’s digital interface with our customers. We are now looking for an Online Solution Expert to strengthen our Wärtsilä Online customer support team to ensure excellent customer experience in Online/Digital channels. This exciting opportunity offers you a front line position in rapidly growing and developing Online business. The position reports to General Manager, Online Development.
 
Location for this position is Vaasa in Finland.
 
Responsibilities
• Wärtsilä Online platform customer support 
• Troubleshooting and incident solving with Wärtsilä end customers globally
• Incident handling with software developers
• Provide training for Wärtsilä Online platform users
• Participate to Wärtsilä Online platform agile software development
• Collect customer and internal stakeholder feedback related to Wärtsilä Online platform and refine those to development ideas
 
Requirements
• Customer first attitude
• Wärtsilä upselling and sales processes are part of your daily work
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Analytical way of working
• Problem solving skills
• Genuine interest in agile software development
• Expert knowledge of Wärtsilä Online platform and its backend systems
• Fluent in written and spoken English, other languages considered as benefit
• Previous experience and knowledge in Salesforce, SAP, Sales support and Sales is considered a major advantage
