My name is Jyri Suvela and I am leading our Commercial Offering, Marketing & New Business Unit. We are responsible for the development and marketing of our commercial portfolio and executing our new business innovations. Now we are looking for a Partnership Development Manager to join and strengthen our unit in Helsinki, Tampere, or Jyväskylä. 

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

In this role, you will be responsible for our strategic partnerships and partnership co-operation development at the company level. You will lead our day-to-day partner practices and help us to achieve our commercial goals. You act as a single point of contact in all strategic partner related matters and report directly to our CCO (Chief Commercial Officer). You are also responsible for creating, implementing, and monitoring our company-wide partnership collaboration plan.


Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day partnership business, program, and process management
  • Leading partnership development together with internal business stakeholders 
  • Continuously developing strategic partnerships and business opportunities
  • Responsible for yearly and quarterly partner business planning together with our P/L units, sourcing, and strategic partners 

WHO ARE YOU?

You are already an advanced and well-networked IT professional. You understand the value of the partner ecosystem, partnerships to our business, and to our end customers. You follow tightly the development of partners’ technologies and solutions and you know how to turn these into business opportunities.

Our Ideal Candidate Has 

  • Strong understanding of datacenter/cloud business and vendors in this business area (for example HPE, Microsoft, AWS & Google Cloud) 
  • Strong understanding of device business and vendors in that areas (for example HP, Lenovo, Dell, Samsung) 
  • Fluency in English and Finnish, both written and verbal 
  • Excellent networking skills 
  • Project leading and leadership skills 
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Commercial mindset

  • Understanding of partner programs, processes, and tools
