Without Qvikies there would be no Qvik. And without Talent Acquisition there would be no new Qvikies. A simple equation but of great importance. Now, if you master tech recruitments and happen to have a sweet spot for excellent candidate experience, we think you might like this one. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead for a fixed-term maternity leave position to take on the Qvik-way-of-recruiting and ensure that we have new Qvikies joining our teams!

But first, quickly about Qvik. We are a consulting company, 100% owned and run by Qvikies. We design, develop and consult our clients - resulting in digital solutions with real measurable value. We are a group of 90+, tech-curious, fun-loving problem-solvers who enjoy not only working together but battling each other in megazone or raising a toast in the company Oktoberfest. During the past years, Qvik has evolved as a company and community a great deal. This kind of growth comes through our people, and throughout the years we’ve been really fortunate to find magnificent Qvikies to take our company forward.

You will join our People & Culture team and as the TA Lead, you ensure that we have a working recruitment strategy and employer branding activities that support it. You’ll be working closely together with our hiring managers, HoXs we call them, identifying, attracting and hiring developers, designers, business consultants and support people for their teams. Our Head of HR Tuukka and CEO Lari will also be by your side, and recruitment marketing & EB activities are planned together with our marketing team.

In practice, you’ll be responsible for the whole recruitment cycle, from defining profiles to onboarding, including job descriptions, screening, sourcing and interviewing as well as offer negotiations.

Your background & experience

We are looking for a recruitment professional with a background in technical recruitments and experience in handling the whole recruitment pathway all the way to offer negotiations and onboarding. Our profiles include e.g. mobile, web, cloud and design positions so great if you have been working with similar ones before or maybe even worked in the IT service industry.

You know the must-haves of a successful recruitment process and how to involve those around you for providing excellent candidate experience. Your emotional intelligence helps in working with different stakeholders, your brave attitude ensures that your opinions and ideas will be heard and your sense of humour will make sure that you’ll get absorbed into our community. You’ll also need excellent English and Finnish language skills in this position, and all communication skills with GIFs are considered as a bonus (as we love them).

We’d be thrilled if you have previous experience in recruitment marketing and employer branding strategy and activities. We’ve noticed that writing skills also come in handy, maybe you even have a hidden talent in story-telling? Having fellow recruiters and developers in your network will also make things easier for you.

As said, this position is fixed-term maternity leave for 12 months (starting from February or latest from March), but the continuation might be possible. If you want to know more about the position, get in touch with our current Talent Acquisition Lead, Katriina Manneri, katriina@qvik.com.

However, during the Christmas holiday season, we concentrate more on relaxing after this peculiar year and getting back to you may take a bit longer. But bear with us, we'll get back to you at the beginning of January when we’ll start the interviews.

What we offer

Our benefits package is pretty nice, with the work equipment of your choice; lunch, commuter, culture and sports benefits; occupational health care with extra health insurance; travel and accident insurance; company-paid massages; and many company-supported sports and hobby possibilities with other Qvikies.

In addition, we offer our low-hierarchy culture; flexible working hours; support, and time for developing your skills, e.g. a chance to allocate 10% of your working time to it.

Please apply through our recruitment system to ensure that all personal information is handled accordingly.
