We are seeking a senior Financial Planning & Analysis talent to join our Smartly.io FP&A team. If you are looking for a high speed and continuously evolving growth environment, take the first step and apply.
As a FP&A Manager at Smartly.io, you will:
- Play a substantial role in our development initiatives related to financial planning and management reporting
- Partner with business to prepare insightful analysis and recommendations to our leadership team and board of directors
- Work together with the business in financial planning and performance monitoring
- Address ad hoc financial analysis requests and inquiries
- Participate in preparation of our monthly financial reporting and board presentations
We're definitely looking for you, if you:
- Are a strong collaborator across different functions and have demonstrated partnership skills
- Have a strong sense on accountability and ability to uphold to agreed deadlines
- Enjoy working hands on with vast amounts of data and you move fluently between directional and detailed analysis
- Have a minimum of 5-7 years work experience in a relevant field (business controlling, planning, analysis)
- Have strong financial modelling skills and are experienced in Financial Planning tools
- Have experience in developing and managing processes
- Are eager to continuously learn and find ways to work more smartly
- Are proficient in English
