Work you will do

As Accenture’s Service Management Consultant, you provide process and technical expertise to partner with our clients to plan, design, implement, test, and deploy enterprise scale end-to-end IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions and improvements.  Service Management professionals can span multiple areas of expertise as they work with different client teams on different engagements. You will mainly be working with our Finnish and Nordic customers and of course together with your team mates, such as Jonna, Jason or Jaakko.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team helping our clients design, build and test their Service Management solutions
• Assess our clients current-state capabilities, define future-state & help them transform
• Utilize latest technology to help our clients change for the better
• Stay educated on new and emerging technology trends that may be of interest to our clients
