YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE? 

In the role of the senior service specialist, you are the senior advisor from the technology point of view to the customers and internal stakeholders. In the specialist role you own, deliver the technical content of the services. You make sure the cloud and capacity platforms are up to date, delivering the services with good quality. You contribute to service development, meet the customer requirements by designing, implementing, and delivering standard services, and some customer-specific solutions. Your responsibilities include ensuring the service changes to customers and the infrastructure platforms are successful, help our service operations to fix possible incidents, making sure that our service commitments to customers are met. You create, contribute, and deliver best-practice documentation on service architectures, instructions on how the services are managed, changes implemented, and the platforms operated.

The service solutions are business for you that you can translate technical solutions into a business value. You have good problem-solving skills, proactively able to support others, and the capability to develop and present services. You need a strong technical background with virtualization, physical capacity, storage platforms. The role requires experience in datacenter infrastructure operations and datacenter and customer cloud and capacity solutions.

• For the technical platforms, you may have experience in the following solutions: virtualization platforms VMWare, Xen. Server, storage platforms from HPE, Dell, Cisco. Back-up platforms from Veaam, Commvault. 
• Some practical experience in AWS and/or Google services. 
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
