• Defining requirements and being part of development from the business point of view. Alfa system knowledge is a plus 
• Documenting and developing existing business processes
• Training personnel to use the defined processes
• Taking responsibility of local projects and work as a resource in Nordic projects

• Are a good team player with a service-minded attitude and interested in building relationships

• Comfortability of learning and working with different systems
• Relevant education 
• Experienced in project work. Knowledge of project management is a plus.
• Professional communication skills in Finnish and English. Swedish is considered as an advantage
