We are now looking for our next Pre-sales - a role, which requires a combination of specialized technical skills together with an ability to present and demonstrate Efecte Enterprise Service Management with embedded Identity Management -solution at all levels.

The Pre-sales supports sales productivity and deal flow by securing the “technical close” in complex solutions. This is a customer facing position which spans the full sales cycle from understanding customer challenges through to the handover to the implementation team.

In this role, you..

• Will be working as part of the sales Team to lead and/or support the qualification, scoping and development of opportunities
• Are able to communicate a broad understanding of Efecte’s Enterprise Service Management solution to customers and prospects
• Build and deliver professional demonstrations of Efecte’s Enterprise Service management solution aligned to the customer requirements
• Coordinate closely with sales and service organization to align solution design with customers’ business requirements

To succeed in this role you

• Possess excellent technical, communication and demonstration skills with a passion for solving customers’ business and process challenges with a sales mindset
• Are a self-starter, highly motivated, have strong inter-personal skills and collaborate effectively in a team as well as independently
• Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Are able to credibly articulate technical issues in writing and verbally both in Finnish and English
• Have previous experience in the field of ITSM/ESM
• Have Master’s or bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering and/or IT
