As a part of our Business Technology Management offering we provide all-round Service Management and SIAM services to private and public sectors. We take responsibility of all aspects of Service Management and SIAM, working in close cooperation with the customer companies and with the Service Providers. 

We are looking for Service Management and SIAM professionals to work in our customer assignments. You will be managing and developing one or several Service Management areas or managing our customer specific teams as a customer team lead.

In your work, you will be responsible for managing business technology services as a service manager or developing Service Management and SIAM Capabilities with our customers.

To succeed in our ambitious team, you should have great communication skills, positive attitude, hunger to learn and the courage to challenge our customers. You will be surrounded by a team of experienced professionals ready to support and share their knowledge at every turn of your journey. You can be at the beginning on your professional career or already more advanced and experienced.

We expect experience good interaction skills and fluent communication both with IT and business organizations in Finnish and in English.
