We are now looking for a German speaking Support Specialist to take our small but efficient Support team to the next level, so if you’re looking for an opportunity make a difference in a European SaaS business and show your talent, shine and grow as a professional, this could be your chance!


In our support organization we provide services for our global customers, mainly working with customers’ Efecte admin users. As a Support Specialist you will be working in a versatile, variable, and wide role making sure that our customers’ every-day work runs smoothly. As part of your daily tasks you investigate, research, and solve different kinds of technical support cases related to Efecte products and cloud platform, co-ordinate incident investigation, guide customers and take care of customer communications.

 

In this role you will have the possibility to work with all our customers from different countries. Fluent written and spoken German and English is needed in this role, Finnish and Swedish language competence is a plus.

 

We hope that you have some experience in similar tasks but most important to us is the right kind of attitude - willingness to work with different kinds of customers with enthusiasm and eagerness while solving diverse and challenging technical issues. You will have a highly experienced and inspiring team to work with as we strongly believe that together we are more! Here are some practicalities that will help in succeeding in this role:

 

  • You enjoy customer facing role, are a good listener and have a brave and positive attitude
  • You have a solution-oriented mindset and capability to prioritize your tasks when needed
  • You are a self-starter, highly motivated, have strong people skills and collaborate effectively both individually and in a team
  • You are a fast learner and willing to grow
  • You communicate fluently both in writing and verbally in German and English
  • Problem solving is one of your core strengths
  • You have some experience in IT support tasks and administering systems e.g. through work, studies or hobbies

A big plus is if you in addition to the above have already some experience in customer service, have been working in a customer facing role or have experience in IT field.
