Suolahti plant is increasing its footprint within AGCO Corporation to an increasing extent by being an important component manufacturer for other AGCO sites. This so called intercompany business requires its own processes and work methods in parallel of the current tractor manufacturing processes. To become efficient, reliable and growing component supplier within AGCO, we are developing our capabilities to meet the growing demand from our customer plants.

We are looking for

COORDINATOR, INTERCOMPANY BUSINESS PROCESS

to join our Production planning team.

YOUR ROLE

As an Intercompany business coordinator your task is to execute and continuously develop the component manufacturing Order-To-Delivery processes together with our manufacturing team, customers (AGCO plants) and all the other stakeholders. You are responsible of communicating with the customer, handling the delivery schedules and production plans in SAP-system, shipping and transport coordinating, and all the other necessary steps making sure that the customer will receive the ordered component on time. In addition, you are eager to improve the customer relationship and develop both internal and external business processes. As a member of the production planning team, you will also be supporting the tractor manufacturing process  by doing some of the teams’ general tasks.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We expect you to be a team player with excellent team working skills –  teamwork means success! In addition, you should have active and precise way of working with flexibility to take the extra step to get things done. You have the ability to identify the bottlenecks and drive change and convert the plans to reality.

You must have general understanding of Order-To-Delivery process and experience of supplier-customer relationship in manufacturing industry. The other requirements are:

  • Degree in Engineering or Business Administration (BSc. or equivalent)
  • Good English skills (verbal and written)
  • Experienced with IT Applications (SAP, Excel)
  • Good communication skills
