As part of Marine Power, Region North Europe Field Service Operations is now looking for a Field Service Administrative Coordinator to join the team in Finland. We are currently searching for a person in Turku. The position is temporary: it starts on March 1st and is for 12 months.
 
Field Service Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the Invoicing of the Field Service works including credit and debit notes, handling of the Field Service Engineers’ working hours, assisting the Field Service Engineers with Travel Expense reports as well as variety of other supporting activities within Field Service Operations. 
The location for this position is Turku, Finland.

About the position
In this role, you are responsible for performing a variety of professional activities supporting own local organization. You will ensure the completeness of the defined routines, transactions and other daily work of own area, e.g. assisting travelling engineers with Travel expense reports, assisting Resources Team Leaders with Time sheets to Payroll, entering working hours of billable personnel to SAP-system and invoicing of Field Service activities according to procedures.
 
Other responsibilities:
- Supporting experts in assigned tasks
- Executing all needed actions for local implementation of Wärtsilä's processes/products/services according to Wärtsilä business targets within the area of responsibility
- Assisting senior professionals to coordinate and administer a variety of programs and activities.
 
To succeed in this role, you should hold a B.Sc. in Economics or equivalent. You have a high focus on performing tasks effectively and on time. The behaviours we wish you would have is decisiveness and proactiveness, as well as the ability to work independently as well as in a multi-locational team. You have the tendency of paying attention to details and the quality of the work and you are good at reporting and analysing information. You have good communication skills and fluency in Finnish and English. 

Further requirements:
- SAP knowledge
- Previous experience in invoicing related tasks and knowledge of external invoicing as well as FSICB (Field service intercompany billing) invoicing/way of working
- Knowledge of salary rules
- Key User level knowledge regarding admin team tasks and ability to provide support and trainings
- Experience in the implementation of new IM systems/tools
