Customer Success Manager
Job description
You will be main contact and trusted advisor for 3-5 customers using our Application Improvement Management Service. You collaborate actively with customer stakeholders, maintain visibility of the jointly created development roadmap, coordinate the development work according to prioritized backlog and make sure support requests are resolved on time. Your focus is in maintaining ongoing healthy relationship and service delivery for the customer.
Key accountabilities
Maintain Development roadmap, prioritized backlog and visibility on incident resolution. Gain knowledge about customer environment by performing hands on work e.g. administration, configuration etc. according to your skill level. Make sure the development work is optimally conducted by yourself and the team. Ensure that technical documentation is kept up to date and shared with the team so that development and support work is effective. Take care of monthly invoicing and information sharing with the customer and Sofigate.
Required skills
You are an excellent and clear communicator. English language is a must, Finnish is a great advantage. You have passion to learn Salesforce and have already hands on experience. You have at minimum Salesforce Admin certificate and motivation to obtain other Salesforce certification during the first months of your employment.
