My name is Jukka Ahtikari and I am leading the Business Digitalization team. Together we are now looking for a Marketing Manager to join our professional team in Helsinki.

YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE?

We are looking for a marketing and communication professional to ensure that our business and technology-driven solutions and expertise are communicated with a customer-oriented approach efficiently and in agile ways in various channels. You will have an essential role to support and enable our journey towards our vision. You will be working closely with our offering as well as collaborating with our sales and business units, and Telia’s B2B marketing team. Based on our cooperation activities you will receive strong support from the whole organization.

You know what it takes to build high-quality and customer-focused marketing and communication. You understand the value of customer perspectives and you can combine the key ingredients to bring successful marketing and communication outcomes. You should have the capabilities to collaborate with and coach key stakeholders to create the best marketing and communication activities and results.

Our Ideal Candidate Has 

• Proven track record in marketing and communication activities from planning to implementation
• At least three years of work experience in B2B marketing
• You have a suitable commercial or technical education (M.Sc., M.Sc., Bachelor of Science)
• Insight into sales-generating marketing with commercial and customer-driven mindset
• You are a self-initiated and innovative team player with outstanding interaction skills
• Positive attitude and capability to work under pressure
• Fluency in English and excellent (written and spoken) Finnish language skills
• You understand and know how to utilize modern marketing methods and channels, and use technologies (in Telia we use Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• You can put technology-based solutions in a form that the customer can understand
• You know how to manage external partnerships and relationships with our principals
• Work experience in ICT and/or technology companies
• B2B sales, service development, and project management are considered advantages
