We are looking for a Test Automation Architect at ABB Oy, Distribution Solutions Division in Vaasa or Tampere. You will utilize your knowledge and skills in test automation technologies to identify, choose and implement best solutions for our Test Automation and CI/CD processes. ABB's Distribution Solutions Division provides utility, industrial and commercial customers with safe, smart and sustainable technologies for the distribution of electricity. With ABB AbilityTM enabled digital solutions at its core, our extensive portfolio includes distribution automation products, switching, limiting, measuring and sensing devices, switchgear, modular substation packages, and related services.

Your responsibilities

Lead role within our Test Automation development team Following latest trends and technologies regarding Test Automation and distributing information to the whole team Test Automation roadmap development Performing new development as well as maintenance activities with other designers / team members Globally co-operating with other functions and technology centers regarding Test Automation development Living ABB’s core values of courage, care, curiosity and collaboration which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business

Your background

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in a relevant field Strong experience on Test Automation development, preferably with Robot Framework and Jenkins Strong experience on CI/CD development and DevOps Understanding of virtualization environments Knowledge of industrial product development or embedded systems development Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish Problem solving and team working skills
