It all started from a Google t-shirt.

Supermetrics is the #1 marketing data pipeline and one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. We were founded in 2013 as a result of one data geek’s will to win a Google t-shirt and have been profitable and growing ever since. We’ve now grown to the point where it’s essential to hire our very first UI designer to our lovely Helsinki office!

Do you have an eye for detail and experience of working in a digital design environment? Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and make a difference? 

🌱As a UI Designer at Supermetrics, you will get to:

• Be part of a multi-disciplinary squad helping to build consistent and smooth experience to our users
• Work with design, product and engineering 
• Help to maintain our design system and champion its use by ensuring standards and principles are adhered to
• Help to  carry out user testing with the support of design lead and product managers

🚀To be successful in this role, we hope you have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience of working in a digital design environment
• Experience of maintaining and promoting the use of a design system through documenting design decisions and principles
• Experience of working as part of agile scrum team with UX Designers, UX copy writers, product owners and front-end developers
• Ability to champion usability and user-centred design that is validated through user research and testing
• Proven ability to ideate in multiple ways from low fidelity to high
• An eye for detail and ability to demonstrate a high level of creative execution of design, typography and layout
• Ability to  demonstrate an awareness of the latest design and industry trends
• Experience of using Zeplin, Adobe XD and similar tools

Bonus points for: 

• experience in front end coding for prototyping
• experience in analytics, user testing data and other research tools to drive for optimal user experiences, encouraging feedback and iterating our designs accordingly
