Future 2025 is Orion’s corporate wide program planned for years 2021-2023 and it aims to transform business processes and the ways of work at Orion. The program is supported by the implementation of new IT systems and tools for example a full renewal of our current SAP. As a result, we have better end to end transparency and information available to support our daily decisions. In the future employee experience is enhanced by new tools and ways of working.

Description of the position

You will work closely with HR technical experts and HR subject matter experts in HR renewal cloud project defining, testing and supporting the setup of the new HR Information system.

Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Support defining the requirements for master data and related transfer from the current HR system
• Plan testing of the new system and processes with required features
• Coordinate, participate in and document user acceptance and regression testing for the new system
• Support other HR process streams in regards of generic questions about master data
• Support organizational change management and training in transfer to new HR system
• Work closely with other subject matter experts to ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report and dashboard creation and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

This is a fixed term  position for one year and it is based in Espoo, Finland.

Requirements

• Experience in defining HR processes and HR information system change request
• Experience on integration and testing of HR information systems, preferably on HR cloud systems
• Good understanding of HR core master data and HR prosesses
• Very good written and verbal communication, also in English
• Excellent problem solving skills
• proactive thinking and drive to get things done
• fluent in co-operating with IT and HR
