ZenRobotics is based in Helsinki and currently employs 70 passionate employees. We started the robotic recycling revolution and are now growing faster than ever.

We are now looking for a seasoned Field Service Technician who is passionate about solving & fixing technical challenges. To succeed in this position you will need a customer-oriented attitude, well-built technical background and an “I got this” attitude. In this role you will get things done out in the field, you get to work closely with our customers and deliver the desired customer service experience. You will work very closely with Service Engineers and you are a vital link between customers and our organization, helping to understand site conditions and escalate issues found in-field. As ZenRobotics’ robots are installed around the world, you have the chance to travel, sometimes even on a short notice. From this role you will report to the Service Manager. 

In a nutshell, this is what you’ll need to master the role: 

• Firm knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics and electrics
• Positive & customer-oriented working style
• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules
• Ability to frequently travel abroad (average: ~90 days)
• Ability to follow instructions
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Hot Work-, Occupational Safety-, First Aid-, Electrical Safety- courses
• Driver’s license
