In your role, you design, implement and maintain our proprietary software solutions and infrastructure for external and internal customers in an agile way. You work closely with our Data Science and Bioinformatics teams. We aspire to strengthen our capabilities by hiring people who understand modern software technologies, cloud technologies and how to work with massive amounts of genetics data. Our ideal candidate is a problem solver and skilled collaborator with motivation to learn.

What we expect from you

• Experience in AWS CDK, Lambda, S3, Docker, RDS
• Experience in building applications in AWS
• Experience in DevOps or DevSecOps
• Experience in Python, TypeScript

• Experience Node.js, TypeScript/JavaScript, MySQL, React
• Experience in managing big amounts of data
• Experience in bioinformatics
• Experience in HIPAA and GDPR

On a daily basis, you will help the teams to build AWS native solutions in the field of genetic diagnostics. This can entail improving the CI/CD pipeline, small services or libraries for development teams. We are creating infrastructure as code using AWS CDK to maintain a high quality and efficiency.
