We are looking for a new Mobile Architect for the F-Secure Consumer Business Unit. F-Secure Consumer BU builds and develops the mobile application offering that consists of F-Secure SAFE, FREEDOME, Identity Protection and Sense. F-Secure Consumer BU serves both direct consumer customers as well as operators who provide the F-Secure solutions to their customers. This combination of targets requires a rigorous architecture that is future proof and flexible.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product management and other professionals to determine requirements for new solutions
• Develop high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility
• Communicate all concepts and guidelines to development teams
• Provide technical guidance and coaching to development teams
• Ensure software requirements meet F-Secure standards for quality, security, modifiability, extensibility etc.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as software architect
• Excellent knowledge of software and application design and architecture principles
• Excellent knowledge of mobile ecosystems
• Experience in software development and coding in various languages (Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, Java, Objective-C, …)
• Understanding of software quality assurance principles
• High quality leadership and organizational skills
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills (in English)

• Experience in deploying software in enterprise environments
