The DevOps Engineer is a member of the Customer support team working with product maintenance, customer support and deliveries. This is a collaborative role where you work together with the customer support and development teams. In this role you'll have opportunities to participate in creating new IT solutions, services, and products.

As DevOps Engineer, you will: 

• Solve customer incidents and service requests 

• Use coding languages or scripting methodologies to solve a problem 

• Working on ways to automate and improve daily operations

• Participate in software development and testing activities 

As DevOps Engineer your key values are:

What you need to be successful in this role: 

• Awareness of DevOps and Agile principles 

• Experience in Azure Cloud 

• Excellent team working and communication skills 

• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL 

• Knowledge of programming languages; Angular/Typescript/Karma (JavaScript), C# (.NET, REST, WCF) 

• Test Automation development (Robot Framework, Selenium etc.) 

• Strong problem-solving skills 

• Fluent written and spoken English and Finnish
