We are now looking for Customer Support Specialists to our Customer Support Team in Mariehamn.    

Are you a service minded team player with a big heart for customers and an eye for top class customer service? Are you on top of this interested in customer communication and gaming you might be one of the Customer Support Specialists we are looking for!     

As one of our Customer Support Specialists you have a big responsibility in taking care of our customers and ensure that their customer experience is great. You will be communicating with our customers via phone, email, social media and chats.    

Our working environment is very dynamic and you need to be prepared to fastly adapt to new knowledge and new ways of working.      

As you will be in direct contact with our customers you need to be a good communicator. We are looking for people who are fluent in Finnish or Swedish language. Knowledge in both Finnish and Swedish are seen as an advantage. Our company language is English, knowledge in other additional languages is an advantage. Previous experience from customer support, sales, gambling industry and online business are advantages. Most important though is that you have the right service attitude, customer focus and are willing to learn new things. One position is a fixed term position.
