ABOUT THE ROLE  

We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Customer Engineer at Ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this team from day one, working alongside cross functional teams to help getting our customers onboarded on our platform as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will primarily assist in technical integration sessions where you will be the technical expert advising how to integrate with Ultimate.ai’s platform and then implementing the agreed solution.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Build integrations to customers’ backend systems to enable our bots to access informations to enhance the quality and relevance of the conversations. 
  • Work directly with Customers, Sales & Customer Success Managers to support and onboard our customers. 
  • Understand new clients’ project requirements, help validate these requirements against our platform, identify and mitigate technical and business risks. 
  • Communicate prospect and customer technical needs and product feedback to Product Management and Engineering. 
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers to ensure that newly-signed customers successfully implement and launch their projects with Ultimate.ai. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience as a Sales/Solution Engineer/Architect or Solution Consultant for a cloud-based, growth-oriented PaaS or SaaS company. 
  • Proven experience with current web technologies (JavaScript, REST APIs, etc.)
  • Confidence conveying technical and business knowledge to a mixed audience of experienced business and technical stakeholders. 
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a comparable field, or equivalent experience. 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English. 
  • Recent professional development experience is preferred.
