We are now looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to be based in Helsinki.

Your daily work

• Develop, implement and monitor strategic, comprehensive information security, quality and IT risk management program.
• Work closely with the business leadership to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes.
• Lead a team of internal auditors responsible for external certifications such as ISO 27001 and public cloud hyper scaler audits.
• Drive compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR together with our DPO.
• Represent Nordcloud Information Security towards customers and external auditors.
• Report to our CIO and work closely with the IT team to ensure that agreed procedures and best practices are instrumented into our IT tooling.

To be a successful CISO you should have

• 5-10 years of experience in the domain of security, quality and/or risk management.
• Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST.
• MSc in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Track record of driving adoption of internal procedures & best practices in the domain of IT security, quality and/or risk management.
• Experience in contribution to external audits/certifications.
• Success in leading work of other experts, possibly cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a high level of personal integrity.
• High integrity individual with a can-do attitude and willingness to develop along the evolving needs of a fast-growing business.
