We have been building an e-portal for a global textile services client and now we need to add a new Developer to the team! You will get the chance to get acquitted with a large technical stack and a bit by bit take control of the architecture – if that is what you are into! Our solution is a part of the clients larger ecosystem, so you are able to contribute not only to the e-portal, but to the bigger picture as well. The client is located in Helsinki, but if you want to sit where most of your co-workers are your home office is going to be Turku. If you prefer working from home we got you covered; Nortal has excellent support for remote work.

Responsibilities:

Hands-on software development

Client communication, figuring out problems, needs, and solutions

Designing and developing features according to business needs

Maintaining the existing system together with the development team

Learning the ropes on the architectural side

You are likely to succeed if you:

Have experience of backend work with Java and building the front-end with Angular

Have used Liferay DXP

Are already exposed to the Microsoft stack, especially .NET and Azure

Communicate easily with different stakeholders

Are fluent in English
