We are now looking for a Customer Support Specialist with SQL database knowledge to join our team focused on Social Welfare Solutions for Finnish municipalities. This is an active role for our product services team.
Your role
As a member of our Product Services team you will have opportunity to be part of development of new IT solutions, services and products that’ll benefit not just our customers’ businesses but whole society. Moreover, we offer you great opportunities to learn new things and develop yourself professionally.
In this role key areas of responsibility are:
Social Welfare product’s second line support and maintenance
Active communication with first-line support and development team
Product quality assurance activities

To enjoy working with us in this role, we expect that you
speak and write fluent Finnish and English
have SQL database knowledge
ability to cooperate with customers and colleagues with positive attitude
are a quick learner and adapt new things smoothly
have excellent skills in communicating and documenting your ideas to a team of developers
