ABOUT THE ROLE  

We want to fundamentally change how people work in customer service. So we need a team of world-class talent. As a Solutions Consultant at ultimate.ai, you’ll be an integral part of this team from day one.

Key Responsibilities: 

• 3+ years as a pre-sales consultant/engineer with a strong track record of success in the software industry, Preferably SaaS solutions. 
• Provide strategic and technical support throughout the sales process.
• Technical or programming experience not required, but a working knowledge of software applications is required.
• Understand the prospect’s business objectives to assist in deal qualification and change management.
• Demonstrate ultimate.ai’s solution to meet the prospects requirements whilst highlighting business value.
• Provide guidance and recommendations on Industry best practices to prospects.

ABOUT YOU

• Experience of presenting complex computing solutions in front of a technical and business audience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. 
• Strong presentation skills. 
• Pioneering spirit, start-up mentality. 
• You are naturally curious, and love learning new things.
