Our motors and drives are an integral part of everyone's lives, writing the future of smart motion.In this role you will be Working as part of the ABB Group-wide Online Transformation Program Team, the Project Manager will be responsible for defining, leading and implementing the Motion Online Transformation project and its governance to deliver a customer-focused and business driven online presence for ABB Motion and its Divisions. The Project Manager will be responsible for excellence in operations and communications between global teams and stakeholder communities, including at the executive level.

Your responsibilities

    Program leadership: Leading the Motion Online Transformation project globally, supporting ABB delivery framework, lending your digital and business change / transformation expertise to drive digital trans-formation across the organization. Maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders by communicating updates in as simple terms as possible, managing expectations for delivery and leading update meetings Establishing a clear project governance model to ensure effective management of strategic decision-making and tactical execution of goals, including alignment and information sharing between the Steering Committee and the project team. Leading effective change management initiatives in coordination with the Division project leads of the eight MO divisions to prepare the business to integrate changes and realize the bene-fits of the transformation Project Management & Communications: Collaborating and coordinating across MO divisions and IS teams, as well as external 3rd parties to continually improve ways of working across a complex and evolving stakeholder network Implement and manage an integrated project plan outlining inter-functional dependencies, success factors and key outcomes, monitoring and controlling risk (identifying mitigation actions and escalating to management where appropriate) and providing a clear picture of progress and success Coordinating with external consultants in driving the project process. Managing the full lifecycle of complex digital projects including digital platforms, marketing automation solutions and programs to continually improve stakeholder experience globally Aligning and coordinating technology, marketing strategies and visions, put-ting core processes and systems in place to ensure ABB Motion can fully enable best-in-class customer and user experiences in coordination with the Division project leads. Define and manage suitable quality plan to ensure that the project delivers high quality out-puts. Supporting and managing the project through the required IS Quality Gate process. Identifying, tracking and facilitating the resolution of project issues, escalating, where appropriate to the Steering Committee Managing the process for scope changes (change requests) with internal stakeholders. Responsible for project budget, resource time, margin and project investment. Ensuring the project teams meet or exceed their delivery and financial goals and objectives Program Reporting: Implementing a consistent and timely program reporting framework to ensure senior stakeholders have a clear overview of program developments, deadlines, deliverables and stakeholder feedback. Understanding and articulating key trends in project performance and business context for senior management reporting Creating dashboards for senior audiences. Assessing and managing project plans; collecting, consolidating, and reviewing status and related reporting in an accurate, timely and comprehensive fashion. Your background

    Minimum of +5 years of program / project management experience, working with / in digital marketing and marketing communications functions, change management / business trans-formation, working with / managing 3rd party agency partners (including with offshore delivery) Minimum of +5 years of experience in digital and customer experience transformation pro-gram Appreciation and understanding of digital best practice and digital standards Thorough understanding / experience of: Digital attraction sources, Working with large / complex digital ecosystems, Delivering customer experience excellence, Delivering IT / agile projects, Delivering content management systems, Business change / change management techniques, Content marketing. Must be able to demonstrate a proven record of delivering digital transformation across businesses. Strong analytical and program / project management skills. Used to working in international environments (strong intercultural skills). Fluent in English, other languages a plus.
