We're looking for a Lead Transformation Consultant, responsible for planning and leading cloud related upskilling and change management programs for our customers.

Your daily work

• Design and lead cloud upskilling programs for our enterprise customers
  • Analyse the needs
  • Build the upskilling & change plans
  • Lead the execution together with our training team and experts
  • Facilitate and support the change by coaching and mentoring
  • Build custom training with our experts and trainers when needed
• Engage in business development and sales support work, if needed you will also close deals on your own
• Help build Nordcloud's upskilling and change management offering

To be successful in this role, you should have

• Experience in leading change management programs in large enterprises
• Background as a training consultant, change management consultant or in a similar role
• Keen interest to develop upskilling & change management as a business offering
• Understanding and ability to apply training and change management methods to practice
• Hands-on experience in organising and facilitating training events and workshops
• Excellent communication skills and used to working with senior stakeholders
• Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage complex programs
• Strong experience in working with technology intensive organisations
• Understanding of lean & agile methodologies
