Job Description

Our design and programming teams are the best in the world at creating virtual and mixed reality products. The role of Quality Operations team is to ensure our customers receives our products with high quality and they perform as designed over products lifetime.

Your role Quality Operations team is to lead technical projects around areas of quality assurance, testing and certification in product programs. You will ensure that projects are proceeding according to plans and you also will be working hands on with documentation, specifications and testing activities in programs. You will be working with various people in our R&D team as active team player to make sure things are not getting stuck anywhere.

We have just begun ramping up our operations and this is a great opportunity to be part of creating something new that has not been seen before. This is a full-time position located in Helsinki, Finland. Commuting from other cities in Finland is a possibility we can discuss and support.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading technical projects and tasks in product programs.
  • Facilitating and writing documentation for certification projects.
  • Managing, acquiring, building and verification of test systems and setups.
  • Running various verification activities for Virtual and Mixed reality related products.

Required Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or similar, in a technical area.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a field of electronics, embedded SW, SW development, product testing, product certification or similar.
  • Experience form working in product programs.
  • Experience of project management positions or interest towards such a position
  • Hands on attitude to make things happen without hesitation.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to interface and lead our partners in a professional manner in English fluently, additional languages are plus.
  • Ability to have technical communication efficiently with R&D teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a group to accomplish individual and team objectives.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple activities, taking initiative and applying strong process orientation capabilities.
  • Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
